RETURN & EXCHANGE
Not satisfied with your purchase? No worries.
We understand that sometimes products don't meet your expectations. At Modminzen, we prioritize our customers' experience above all else. Our goal is to ensure that the products you buy from us bring you complete satisfaction. If you're not happy with your uninstalled non-closeout and non-custom products, you may return them within 30 days of receipt. To initiate your return, simply visit our Return Center, and we'll provide you with the necessary shipping instructions.
PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
Please note that we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Custom and built-to-order items
- Floor models, Open Box, and Clearance Items
- Items discontinued by the manufacturer after the date of purchase
- Single fixture over $2,000 of the original price
- Orders with items in quantities of 3 or more units
- Any product that has been modified, installed, or used in any way (including cut, clipped, or stripped wires)
- Items not in resalable condition or items missing the original packaging and box
- Items not purchased from Modminzen.com
- Items not purchased by the original customer (original purchase receipt required)
- Items over 30 days since delivery
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these three easy steps:
- Request Authorization: Have your order number and shipping zip code ready. Visit our Return Center and request a Return Authorization to initiate the return process.
- Return Instructions: A Customer Care Representative will review your order and create a return case. They will answer any questions you may have via email.
- Pack & Ship: Once a Return Manufacturer Authorization (RMA) number is issued, pack the item securely in its original packaging. Please refrain from writing or marking on the box. Ship the item(s) back according to the provided instructions.
Please allow up to 15 business days to receive your refund after we receive your package. It is your responsibility to ensure the item is well packed to prevent damages during return shipping.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
We understand that sometimes products may have a manufacturer's defect. If you receive a qualifying defective item from Modminzen, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for repair or replacement at our discretion. To report a defective item, please visit our Return Center and initiate the return process. A Claims Specialist will contact you within 2 business days after receiving your claim request.
RESTOCKING FEES
Our goal is to make you a happy, trusting, and returning customer. Therefore, we will waive your restocking fee, even though we still incur them. You can find our return terms on each product page.
RETURN SHIPPING & HANDLING FEES
You are responsible for the return shipping fees. Once our return team inspects the returned items, we'll process your refund within two business days. Please allow up to 15 business days for the credit to appear with your payment provider after we receive your goods.
REFUSED PACKAGES
If you refuse an order, you will be charged the original shipping cost plus the return shipping fees required for the package to return to our facility. All refused orders will incur a 50% restocking fee.
CANCELLATION
You can cancel an order within a 24-hour window of order placement, unless it is a custom item or special order. If your order has already shipped (even if it's within the 24-hour window), it cannot be canceled and will be treated as a return. Any cancellation fees imposed by the manufacturer will be your responsibility and will be deducted from any refund. To request an order cancellation, please visit our Return Center or email us using our Contact Us Form.
Please note that once your order is already in transit from its original location, rerouting, redirecting, or canceling is not possible. If you wish to return the item, please submit a Return Request, and you will receive return instructions within 2 business days.
We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason. Some common situations in which orders may be canceled include: items being out of stock with no plans for restocking, pricing errors, or credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.
REFUNDS
Your refund will be issued to the same form of payment used for the original purchase. You will be credited for the cost of the item and applicable taxes, minus the return shipping and handling fees. Please note that shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
Please allow up to three weeks for the processing of returns and up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
